2. Bazora collects personal data when you use the Bazora platform, including but not limited to:
   1. Create a Bazora consumer, merchant or moderator profile;
   2. Add or update information in your profile;
   3. Participate in online community discussions; or
   4. Otherwise interact with us.

Why Bazora collects personal data

3. Bazora processes your personal data for various purposes and based on several different legal bases that allow this processing. For example, Bazora processes your personal data to:
   1. Provide the services on the Bazora platform;
   2. Facilitate buying and selling on the Bazora platform;
   3. Provide you with a personalised user experience on the Bazora platform;
   4. Contact you about your Bazora profile; or
   5. Provide customer service.
4. Bazora also shares your information with third parties, including service providers acting on our behalf, for these purposes.
